Ingredients

Number of servings: 1

for 1 portion
100g flakes (e.g. oats, barley, spelled, millet, buckwheat, ...)
approx. 250ml plant-based milk (e.g. coconut, almond, oat, ...)
Spices at will: cinnamon, turmeric, cardamom
1 teaspoon almond butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp linseed oil
Topping: raisins, fruit, flowers

Preparation

Heat the flakes and plant-based milk in a saucepan slowly and at a low level while stirring until a paste-like consistency is obtained. Let cool down briefly, then stir in the almond butter, linseed oil, maple syrup and spices. Toppings on top, and you're done! Start the day well!
